EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT is a totally non-invasive technique that is very effective for fears, phobias, emotional triggers, stressors, past traumas and, in fact, just about anything that is affecting our lives in a negative way.  It was originally designed and practiced by a U.S. Doctor and has been refined by renowned EFT Specialist Gary Craig who has passed his knowledge onto many EFT Practitioners around the world.

EFT will take away the physical response mechanism which causes us distress when emotional triggers arise thus allowing us to calmly deal with the root cause of the issue with more clarity.

As an example, a person suffering from a fear of heights will experience a physical reaction when confronted with a situation involving high places.  This physical reaction is caused by an energy ‘breakage’ caused by a past trauma or uncomfortable situation that has, over time, reinforced itself.  EFT will repair that breakage and remove that physical (or energetic) reaction so that the person feels comfortable in places that would normally cause great distress.

EFT can and does help with a diverse range of dis-orders, both physical and emotional.  EFT can be helpful for anything from nail biting to dyslexia, from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) to PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), from depression to acute anxiety, from hormonal dis-orders to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and anything in between.

EFT works on the Meridian points on the body and it repairs the energy breakage causing concern.  It is a simple but extremely effective method for finding emotional freedom, as the name suggests. EFT is long-lasting; once you repair that breakage it stays repaired unless, of course, a new trauma occurs in your life to create another breakage.

Many clients who come to us for EFT find that one or two sessions is all they need to find that freedom; others may take a little longer.  All those we have treated with EFT have achieved a positive response to one degree or another.
